I had a user who was receiving a 500 error from the horde webmail

"Failure in changing password on Poppassd Server: 500 Server error, password not changed"

And it turns out the problem was they were entering the wrong old password when trying to change their password. When I try to replicate the error by entering a bad old password on a webmail account I receive the more accurate error message..

"Failure in changing password on Poppassd Server: Incorrect Password"

Has anyone run into this issue before? I was just wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction before I really dig into what's going on. Thanks in advance!

Hi! I'm Daniel, from Italy, and I have the same identical problem of DanielD, and I'm unable to resolve it.
My idea is that the hash format of the password is different between hMailServer SQL Database and Horde database, 'cause isn't possible to make the change.

Can anyone help me on this issue?

    Thanks in advance.
