Resolved 500 Plesk\Exception\Database

Hello guys, how are you? I woke up today and suddenly saw this on my plesk admin panel

Type	Plesk\Exception\Database
Message	DB query failed: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused
File	Mysql.php
Line	64

I ran the command
echo "d /var/run/mariadb 0755 mysql mysql -" >> /etc/tmpfiles.d/mysql.conf

But it didn't work, do you have any ideas? I'm almost reinstalling plesk and running the backup.

Simply restarting the server usually works. Then you can check for whats causing the issue.
