9.5.4 randomly stops

We have a 9.5.4 server and several times per day it will just stop accepting new connections to the management interface. In the sw-cp-server logs it shows this before it dies:

I am getting similar behavior, but my issue is a little different, i'm wondering if this updated server patch will help me.

I get this in my log

however my issue is that when running qmail, my psa service dies quite frequently. and says that the service is dead
