A little help please with user roles

Hey Guys,

So it seems I do not get the new behavoir of user roles in 12.5 :-(

Where can i limit the usage permissions for plesk control panel users (usually the "owner" of the subscription)?

I see that there are user roles but I seem unable to edit the owner role.

Where can I limit, for example, that the plesk user is able to create new domains?
