About Horde

I am trying to backup a horde installation and I would like to know where the horde mail folders are keep, I mean the Inbox,Sent,Drafts, etc, messages for the users of the virtual hosts.

The messages are not stored by Horde. Horde is only a mail client connecting to your mailserver. The mailboxes are stored in /var/qmail/mailnames/.
