Hello,
I am currently running a Parallels Plesk 10.3.x to access my VPS server from my hosting provider. I can create a 'user' domain and access my SSH for the user, but I can't modify anything above that user's domain at /var/www/vhost - like for example, installing a new module into PHP, or setting up a custom PHP.INI for each domain without making myself a SU user.
I have no file access permissions above my root of my newly created user VHOST -
Is there a way to make myself a SU user from the Parallels Plesk Panel, or am I missing some login information from my VPS provider?
