  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Resolved Access to a single domain under "My Subscriptions" doesn't work

EmperorFPI

Basic Pleskian
Just wondering if I'm crazy.

If a website is added under the "My Subscriptions" part and not assigned to a customer it seems to be impossible to just login to that site from the front end to manage email/files for that domain.

using the Plesk Control Panel login URL, any site attached to a customer can be logged into using the "System User Credentials".
However if the Admin sets up a site in "My Subscriptions" it doesn't work using the exact same credentials.

How can I allow Control Panel Access to someone for just a single site in the "My Subscriptions"

Thanks

Switch to Power User view, then you can create a user for a specific domain that belongs to the administrator. Afterwards switch back to Service Provider view.
