• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Acronis TrueImage Install Error

Hey there.

I recently ran the updater and updated my Plesk Base Package as well as installed Acronis TrueImage module.

When I did so. I am getting an error:

Error: Please check that TrueImage Server is properly installed and configured. Check also that serial number is valid.

I'm running Plesk8 on 1and1s Root server.

Any idea what went wrong? I tried rebooting, but with no luck.

Any help is appreciated.

hi, you must have the original Acronis TrueImage Sever program installed. Plesk have only a plugin for trueimage!

Ah! yeah. that would explain it.
Thanks for the info.

So what does one do in this case?

Hi,

I have the same problem. Does that mean I can't use the Plesk Acronis module?

Eric... :)
