Issue Add sencond IP into panel -> Lost access to Plesk

alamlinux 9

Plesk version and microupdate number

Plesk Obsidian 18.0.69 Update 1

Hi fellas, i just create a new vps with plesk, everthing is fine until i add the second IP addr using ToolsSettings > IP address

i insert the second IP using the sintax = 54.xx.xx.xx/255.255.255.xxx
mark (x) Shared

and apply.

the issue is:

i lost remote access (ssh) and plesk panel also not accessbible. Trough vmware i see that the main IP address was changed to the second IP.
but when i access ens192 file has the first IP conig there.

i already try to remove this second IP but no success,

any light?

Hello, @hardbrasil . Could you please try following this guide and change the IP address to the original one? When attempting to connect via SSH are you using the server hostname? If yes, please try directly with the second IP address.
