Add to cart don't work in the product page wordpress woocommerce plesk

we have a wordpress site with woocommerce hosted on plesk. Unfortunately, after 7 days of non-conversions on the part of our site, after contacting the theme support, after contacting the woocommerce support no one can understand the failure of the "add to cart" button on the product page. The button, on the other hand, works correctly on the pages of the shop and on the category pages. Even our hosting support cannot understand this malfunction.
