Resolved Additional FTP users can't access

Hello
First time posting here.
So i updated to the newest version of plesk and did all security advices, advisor gave me.
Since then my additional ftp users can't access the server. I checked the seruriy mode and the option: "Allow both secure FTPS and non-secure FTP connections" is ticked.
I even tried allowing only FTP connections.
I don't know what todo anymore.
With my systemuser and sudo user i can reach the server.

In an FTP program like Filezilla you have a log window section where connection, login attempts and other transactions are logged in detail. What are the entries in that log when a user tries to login?

Found the problem. The passive ports. Thanks for your help anyway!
