• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Resolved adjust service plan of a subscription

humpataa

New Pleskian
Hi,
I've doing this before because I have several "customized" service plans (they get marked as locked from sync).
But I cannot seem to find how I did this ... example:
I have adjusted one of the subscriptions to have smaller mailboxes than defined in service plan. Turns out: they need more.
Service plan is set to 1GB, in subscription it is set to 300MB. I'd like to set it to 600MB.
Where can I change that setting???
Any hint appreciated.
Best
Dan

In the subscription you find an "Account" box in the rightmost column. There you have a link "Customize". You can do custom settings to the plan there.
