Issue Admin Page Not Opening On fresh Installation Please Help me !!!!!

When I tried to Reach Admin page by 0.0.0.0:8443 it redirects to maintenance mode.

when I generate a login link in ssh same thing happened, please help me. Thanx in advancedCapture.JPG
