  • Support for BIND DNS has been removed from Plesk for Windows due to security and maintenance risks.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

After Plesk 9 -> Plesk 10 migration, customer ended up with many subscriptions

A customer on my system had one Linux hosting package that allowed up to 10 domains under it, which is called LB10.

After migrating to Plesk 10, now each of his domains are listed as separate subscriptions: The first domain that he has is listed as using plan LB10, and the other 9 hostings he has are called "Custom" .

Is that the way they are suppose to appear? Should this customer have 10 separate subscriptions, or, one subscription with 10 domains under it? If that's the case, how do I fix this?

It seems to be that the current arrangement will give this customer the ability to host 10+9 domains instead of just 10.

Many thanks, -turgut
