Question allow url from all

Hi
I have a problem that for the websites that are setup within PLESK iam not allowed to use URL Parameters. This normaly means that the " allow url from all" is not set.
I run plesk 12.5.30 Update #51 , Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS‬.

Where can i change this.

I have found this https://docs.plesk.com/en-US/17.0/a...types/virtual-host-configuration-files.72064/ and i now have a vhost.conf file where i can add things but i do not know how to add this...
