Just a quick note for anyone using this script - all passwords need to be in cleartext, which is not the case in a new installation (if doing a migration). You need to first disable it like described here:

Hmm.. as far as I can see passwords are not in cleartext format on our plesk server. Could you explain this a little more? Do you mean how they are stored in mysql ?
