Resolved An internal error occured in auto-installer, rev.349575 main.cpp, line 3457.

Hi all,

Hopefully you know a bit more than me
I'm using Ubuntu 12.04.5 and want to update plesk - 12.5.30 to 17.0.17
When I click on Update, the message is coming up:

An internal error occured in auto-installer, rev.349575 main.cpp, line 3457.

Previously I tried to update and made the pre-check with an error ( https://kb.plesk.com/en/112522 ) and I stopped the process.

Now I am unsure that to do. I don't want to just skip this message.
I'm not a programmer or console man, so I don't understand if this message is critical.

So, is it criticial or can I skip it?

Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks guys!

I would suggest you just run in command line:

# plesk installer --all-versions

and follow instructions. If you see any critical error messages in the output - post it here, we will check it and help you.

Thanks for your answer. Today this message doesn't appear anymore (without any change - aha..).
But now this message is appearing
