An MX record - Having issues with it - Please help

Hello,

I need to add an MX records so my mails won't be accepted localy but delivered to Hotmail, my problem is I tried this sever times.. But it Hotmail keeps saying the records isn't added yet. I wait over 48 hours to let the settings go but still the same results.. My domain works properly with Plesk.

Can someone please help me? Give me suggestions?
