Another remote desktop issue

I was using remote desktop from inside Plesk, and it was working aok, but yesterday tried to log in, and after typing my login credentials, pressing ok takes me to a dark blank page. Any tips ?

Make sure your server is responding well, this can happen if CPU usage is toucing to 100%, try to restart your server
