Antispam for outgoing mails

Dear all. I have some clients on my plesk 8.4 on Windows that sometimes they use the server to send SPAM.
Is there any way to filter the mail quantity per day or somethig similar?

hm I am also looking for something like this. Maybe someone know a solution?

Also nice would be if this solution can limit the max amount of Mails sending per Domain.
