Apache crashing

Every few days apache keeps crashing at 4:05..

Then comes back at 4:26... This has happended quite a few times.

Here are the error logs..

[Wed May 31 04:02:51 2006] [warn] child process 27580 still did not exit, sending a SIGTERM
[Wed May 31 04:03:58 2006] [warn] child process 27580 still did not exit, sending a SIGTERM
[Wed May 31 04:08:26 2006] [error] child process 27580 still did not exit, sending a SIGKILL

This cron runs then...

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics >/dev/null 2>&1

Don't know if this is the problem but is run at the same time. Anyone know whats causing this error.. Thanks

It looks like a cron job is crashing apache. It's very suprising as the load at 4am was nothing according to my rrd graphs.... Hummmm.. Trying to work out which one is causing apache to stop resonding.
