App installer issue

Hello there,

While trying to install wordpress from app installer i keep getting these errors:

Error: The following error has occurred during the download of application: HTTP Error (0) http://catalog.marketplace.parallel.../3.9.2-38.aps?packager=GlowTouch Technologies

The error occures to other packages too.

Any suggestions?

Web Pro Panel - Application installer issue

Hello there,

I have a license for Web Pro Panel but i have an issue with the app installer.
Each time i try to install any app i get an error similar with this one:

Error: The following error has occurred during the download of application: HTTP Error (0) http://catalog.marketplace.parallel...la.org/joomla/3.3.1-2.aps?packager=SofCloudIT

Any suggestions?
Any special right or opened port required for this to work?

Firewall? Check that hostname catalog.marketplace.parallels.com is correctly resolvable and accessible.

Solved, i have opened the ports 11443 and 11444, both being specified in version 9 panel docs.
