application 'Already in the vault'

Plesk 9.5.4 in CentOS 5.6 x64

Application Vault works fine except one application.
When we go to
Plesk -> Applications -> Add Applications from APS Catalog
one specific application (Coppermine) has not the option 'Select for addition' in order to add it.
Instead, it says 'Already in the vault' and we cannot add it.

There is no such application in Application Vault neither in /usr/local/psa/var/cgitory/.
Apparently (for some reason) it is somewhere in Plesk's database.
Which entries should I delete from psa database in order to have the option to add it in application vault?

Try to find related extra record about this application in APS* and aps* tables of psa database.

There were some extra records in SiteApp* tables also.
I removed them and I was able to install the application.
