Question Application Update Error

CooperDevon

New Pleskian
Hi there
I have installed 2 Wordpress installations (1 normal and 1 Network installation) with automatic updates.

Now Plesk wanted to update the installations. The normal installation was updated successfully. The network one shows me this error:

Updating an installation of WordPress 5.2.1-273 for xxxx has failed:
  • The following problems with requirements were found: The 'mysqli' extension was not found.
The strange thing is, that both installations are using the same version: PHP 7.3.6

How can I fix this?

My Server is an Ubuntu with Plesk Onyx 17.8.11

Hello,

The strange thing is, that both installations are using the same version: PHP 7.3.6.
Probably, requirements for your sites is differ...

Could you please try to upgrade this website manually, using WordPress administrative dashboard? If the same error occurs, it is an issue with website itself, but if it's not, we will try to go deeper.

Well Plesk says: Update to 5.2.2-280 is available
Wordpress tells me: I am up to date running on Version 5.2.2-273 and no update is offered.
