The APS Catalog has been deprecated and removed from all Plesk Obsidian versions. Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.

No, multiple applications can be installed for a domain.
I don't remember exactly if there is a limit for amount of applicaitons under Domains > domain name > Limits but if there is it should be set to appropriate value.
yeah it actually isn't a limit issue. The application vault is missing the "Add New Application" icon from the tools section. So, if a customer installs one app, then the icon under tools is gone. Any ideas?
