Issue Applications - Drupal 8.2.7 Install doesn't start

Version 17.0.17 Update #20

This affects only Drupal 8.2.7 but the install loads at 1% and never moves. page never seems to time out. At least I've given up waiting. All other products including all other Drupal versions work fine. There are no log files being created. Nothing seems to happen at all.

Can't reproduce it on my test Onyx server.
Try to clear applications cache with:

# plesk bin aps --clear-cache

before Drupal 8.2.7 installation and check how it goes on.
