aptitude upgrade broke plesk

Hi, I am currently unable to access the web interface control panel for Plesk for my Debian 6.x server.

When I go to the address where I usually find a Plesk login, I am getting...

Unable to connect

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at {my server's IP address}:8443​

How I got to this point...

  1. I was in the web interface control panel and noticed that I had version 10.x and Plesk is not at a version in the 12.x range.
  2. Attempted to upgrade through the web interface. It wouldn't finish because I had an Apache configuration issue (manually deleted a directory and forgot to tell the config file it was gone).
  3. Used SSH to fix the Apache configuration issue
  4. Went ahead and ran "update" then "upgrade" on aptitude from the command line... notice a munch of Plesk file activity I don't usually see when doing this
  5. Restarted the server to have a nice clean restart of Apache
  6. Unable to reach the Pleask control panel

Some Googling led me to a support forum page that suggested looking for errors in /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log and right now what I am seeing is this...

So, that's where I am right now. Server is running fine, mail is working, websites are up, but I can't get back into the Plesk control panel and I don't know or understand what is broken.

/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --reinstall-patch --install-component base

... as suggeted. Control Panel still unavailable.

Ran...

/usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp12.0.18-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair

... so that is where I am now. I usually employ PHP MyAdmin to edit MySQL, but it's in the Plesk control panel I cannot access.

I went through the form, but didn't get any sort of confirmation at the end. How long does it usually take to get help?
 
It has been about a month since I tried to use the free assistance, but I haven't gotten any response after going through the support request process. Is my ticket actually in your system?
