Autoinstaller broken with Percona

Has anyone installed Percona 5.7 on Plesk 12.5 & Centos 7 with working plesk updates?

Everytime I run the updater it crashes:

ERROR while trying to detect MySQL service name
ERROR while trying to detect MySQL service name
Check the error reason(see log file: /dev/stderr), fix and try again

STOP update_history
Patches were installed successfully.

It's possible that patches are applied, but I found this out when trying to install the Watchdog service. It won't install.

Also, I can't find where to start a Plesk support ticket, where do I do this?
