Autoinstaller busy

I updated Plesk from 9.5.4 to 10.1.1. The update was sucessfull, but when I click updates, the popup windows request me the user account. U put the access data, but the page returns error.
I tried the Shell command autoinstaller, but it return 'BUSY: Update operation was locked by another update process.' This message show me from any hours after this.
If this info is a possible problem, when I open the Control Panel via web, the navigator returns license problems.
By susprise when I try the update via control panel with the Smartphone, no problems.

What is happening??

Sorry, the shell command autoinstaller works after an hours waiting. But when I try update via internet, continue requesting me the user account is invalid.
How I solve the license problems too??
I have tested in all navigators (internet explorer, firefox and chrome) and all have the same error.
