Resolved Autoinstaller fails with 'psa-locale-base-en-us' dependency error

Hello,

the upgrade to Plesk Onyx 17.8.11 Update 16 failed on one of our servers with the following error message:

E: Version '17.8.11-debian9.0.build1708180727.16' for 'psa-locale-base-en-us' was not found

The apg-get failed with the following message:

Our other servers did upgrade to Plesk Onyx 17.8.11 Update 16 without any trouble.

Looks like a recently introduced dependency or repository download bug for the 'psa-locale-base-en-us' package. Or do I miss sth.?

@plesk team: thanks for the quick fix! The missing package is now avaliable. Upgrade worked like a charm.
