automatic creation of accounts

Hi, i have been developing a system to automatically create accounts if a customer buys hosting from me...

But iv run into a problem...
i dont know how i get plesk create an account..

Does anyone know which EXE and parameters required for plesk to create a domain and ftp accounts?

I understand i will have to give permissions for php to access the etc.
