Question Automatically move specific mails to folder

Hello,

we're using Plesk Obsidian Version 18.0.32 Update 2 with postfix and dovecot.

In front of the Plesk-Mailserver is a Proxmox Mail Gateway to filter mails for multiple systems. Once a day the Proxmox Mail Gateway is sending an E-Mail to our customers with blocked messages.
This is good and necessary.
But some customers feel annoyed that they receive this email once a day.

Is there an option to automaticly create the folder "INBOX.MailReports" and move incomming mails based on subject or sender into that folder?

I think this would be the best option.

Any ideas?

You could probably accomplish this using custom Sieve rules. This thread help me out a while back Resolved - Global Dovecot Sieve Rule?

I am not sure about the automatic creation of mailbox folders. You'll have to research that a bit more.

As postfix/SA/dovecot is able to drop spam directly into the spam folder if configured in the mail setup, it has to be possible
Duplicating & editing that part of the configuration should work, you "only" need to find it.
