autoresponder stops working - Plesk 9.5.4

hello

after a system hang and restart of the server the autoresponder functionality does not work anymore.
the resource usage of the domain shows that 5 autoresponders are in use, the mailbox overview shows that only 2 autoresponders configured and no autoresponder work.

then i do a "/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mchk --with-spam" -> same situation.
I've searched all possible log files but i cna't find anything that points the problem.

next i've create a completely new mailbox, setup an autoresponder -> nothing.

someone has an idea what I do next?

Reinstall the mail drivers, https://autoinstall.plesk.com/PSA_9.5.4/

Select your distro and search for the packages:
opt/maildrivers/

Then download the packages to the server with wget and reinstall them.

I AM NOT SURE IF IT WORKS! it is only a suggestion.
