Autoupdate failure since 12.0

Hello,

since several days i get a notification that the autoupdate cant run/install, i tried to run the bootstrapper repair script but it also doesnt work (Previous product version is 12.0.18, but previous database version is 011005030. In most of cases it is result of previous upgrade try failure.) due i dont want to break anything i hope someone here can help me out with that.
