AWStats and SpamAssassin error found

I think I've found what causes the error on AwStats and on SpamAssassin.

It's on Perl!!!

I don't see perl.exe running in Task Manager anymore since update to 7.6, and I see the Perl is required for this two application.

Unfortunately, I don't know how to solve this. I hope that somebody can!
