Awstats button "update now" is missing

MislavO

Regular Pleskian
I have a problem with showing the "update now" button in web browser (awstats).

I know i can update statistics through command line with:

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics --calculate-all
/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics --calculate-one --domain-name=domain.tld

and that is working just fine, although i want this button to appear in the browser. I've try to set "AllowToUpdateStatsFromBrowser" to 1 in config files, but that didn't help (or i'm missing the last step, to restart/update somehow that config file to be active). Anyone solved this?

It wouldnt work because psa service only knows the location of the log files.

Could you please send me a print screen of the location of that button on awstats ...

Hi all,

in the meantime is there a solution available for the "Update Now" button to update the stats from the browser?

Next question is how to "convert" log-files which are created from Confixx3 to use it with Plesk 11 CP and their integrated AWStats?

Thanks MislavO for the quick reply. Seems that using the integrated AWStats from Plesk is not very usefull. IMHO the possibilities for configuring it in Confixx is much better than with Plesk.

Wondering if there comes an answer because of converting the files...
