Question Backup 12.5.3

Good day,
I have the following problem when restoring backups.
Load from my FTP the created backup on a freshly installed server with Debian 8.8 and Plesk 12.5.3. The system with which the backup was created had also Debian 8.8 and Plesk 12.5.3, of course, the same IP.

I can access the backup and it also creates all domains, email addresses, accounts, passwords, only the content is missing.

An error is also displayed


-Global server security settings prohibits restore from unsigned or modified backups. You can not restore from it, except your service provider explicitly allow it-

Certainly it is only a small thing.
