Issue Backup Administration HANGS UP when External FTP to unavailable domain configured

Carlos S

New Pleskian
Hi, I have this problem:
- Several domains in Plesk Onyx Linux server configured with scheduled backup to an external FTP domain.
- After let that "backup domain" expire I can't get inside "Backup Administration" section. It hangs up.
- I only can change the Backup to Local via "Schedule Backup List" extension, and by pressing Apply button. If I press Accept, it also hangs up.
- There is no way to let me change the "FTP server configuration".
- Other domains which points to IP instead of domain works perfectly and let me update.

Thanks

UPDATE: Finally, after several minuts hanged, it lets me access the section. But I have to repeat the process and the wait time with every domain.

So you have to wait until DNS timeouts?
Have you tried adding those domains to /etc/hosts?
