I have managed to fix most of the missing fields in the database by reading through the forums (thanks skvoboo) and my Panel is now slightly less broken but I still have this problem:

Backup error. Can't query SELECT `name`,`dom_id`,`type`,`id`,`db_server_id` FROM `data_bases`: MySQLDatabaseProvider error 1054:Unknown column 'db_server_id' in 'field list'
at (MySQLDatabaseProvider::query line 284)
at (psaobsolete::pSAMySQLDatabase::query line 240)

Can someone (SKVOBOO?) please tell me how to update the 'data_bases' table with the missing 'db_server_id' column?

I don't know enough MySQL and I don't want to break things :)
