Backup disabled?

Hello!

When i want to run the backup for a domain i get the message, that the backup is temporarily disabled for this domain.
But why???

My license supports backup.

I also gets an email:
"Some error occured during backup: resulting dump is removed"

Some ideas?

Best regards,
Sven Reichelt

You might try toggling the backup enable/disable switch in the control panel. I've found after some upgrades that the status in the control panel didn't always match what was actually in the mysql DB. We had to manually toggle the 1 to 0 in the mysql table for somethings.

Okay, i've updated the database, but nothing!

I can create Backups on external ftp-servers, but when i want to restore one of the backus they are all damaged.

I get a message when i create a backup on an external ftp:
Unable to find file mysql.sock, possible reason: mysql service is not started.

But the socket is there, and mysql is running!
