PRODUCT, VERSION, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE
CentOS 5 with Plesk 10.4.4 (64 Bit) [from System Overview>> Linux 2.6.18-194.26.1.el5xen 10.4.4 Update #8]

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION AND STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Scheduled Backup of full server returns errors. Error is produced for each customer that has a domain with Hosting Type set to Website. If a customer does not have Hosting Type set to Website (e.g Hosting Type is Forwarding), then an error is not reported for that customer.

ACTUAL RESULT
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

</message>
</object>
</object>
</object>
</execution-result>

EXPECTED RESULT
No Errors

ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We do not run SiteBuilder / Web Presence Builder on this server. These customers have websites that they create locally and then upload via FTP to be hosted on our server. Aside from these errors, the backup does appear to complete successfully, and we get a full backup that is successfully copied off the server via FTP to our off-site backup location.

We also run a near identical server (only difference is that it is at MicroUpdate#7) which is hosting some Web Presence Builder Sites, as well as ordinary Web Sites. The scheduled full server backup on this second server is not reporting the same errors. This server is obviously licensed for Web Presence Builder (100 user licences). This number of licences is currently far in excess of the number of Web Presence Builder sites we have hosted on that server (planning for the future) and would also currently provide enough "licences" for all the "ordinary web sites" on that server as well.

same here, happened after MU 8, centos 6 CR x64, no customer using site builder

We have already submitted request regarding this problem. Developers from Plesk Service Team are working on it. I will update thread with results as soon as I receive them.

Same problem here

I am running plesk 10.4.4 on openSUSE 11.4.

Same here

Same problem here since about one week.

Same here, but only for ftp backups

Hi !

Same problems here. But i think this message is only produced since I save the backups via ftp.
But local storage makes no sense for a backup...

Linux 2.6.32-5-amd64
10.4.4 Update #18

@mmommsem

No, because i'm using local storage for backups (after I download the tar files to my dekstop) and I have that error.

Agree

Just tried local repository, and got the same error status!
So my previous assumption was just based on a coincidence.

any changes?

the same tonight...

Anybody tried restoring yet ?

Hi !

Since this problem seems to take some time to solve, I would like to know if anybody tried restoring a backup to a production system yet.
The size seems okay to me, but right now I don´t want to trash my system trying it out...

ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

No sidebuilder in use. License is ok, same happens on a second server with identical structure.
Happens after update to MU#20, before it was ok.

The backups works again with no errors on my two servers...

Hi Igor,

Issue still under investigation. I will update thread with results.

Are there any news?

It couldn't be tricky to fix that simple bug, if parallels wants.

Or tell us, how we can exclude the not-installed-sitebuilder from integrated backup.

Thanks for any activity on this. I got the error "<description>Unable to backup Site Builder publishing status on site example.com (ErrorCode: 1, STDOUT:).</description>" on seven servers with Plesk 10.4.4 installed with OpenSuSE 11.3 behind :-(
