We have already submitted report regarding similar problem. It is under developer's investigation now. I hope it will be fixed soon.
 
One Month is gone and i have backup errors... In mean time it would work, no it wont work again...

This are on two different servers:

CentOS and the other on OpenSuse

Same problem here. I feel unconfortable to update without a fresh backup... any fix yet?

OS Linux 2.6.18-238.19.1.el5
Panel version 10.2.0 (Updated from 8.6)

Thise error caused some Plesk database inconsistency and deep investigation is required. I suggest you contact Support Team.
 
Same Problem

Hi,

Same problem on plesk 10.4.4 ubuntu update 14.
The backup fails every two or three days and crashes the server.
Any help ?

Similar problem

I upgraded from version 9.5.4 to version 10.4.4 # 25 on CentOS5. I have the same problem with the backup, but can not find link to repair. Can you help? It's a production server and I'm concerned.

Usually it is caused by database inconsistency. You can try to find the domains for which webspace_id is 0 or incorrectly set with smth like:

select id,webspace_id from domains;

Then set with the exact webspace_id that is required. Check it with:

select id,cacheId,registryUid from smb_apsPackages

registryUid shouldn't be NULL. You can try to remove such records so as to run the backup perfectly.
Note that it is just common recommendation... Contact Support Team if it not help.
 
I have the same issue - still ongoing. Any news about it?

It started after a few weeks succesfully working.
 
Issue with Backup after adding many domains

I have a similar problem. Backupmanager was working fine for weeks. But after I added many domains more then 50 within a day) the issue started.
