Backup error

Yes - I checked the table "dns_zone" - there is an entry for ID 108 ( I guess in that table the coulum ID means the Zone_id)

SELECT * FROM `dns_zone` where id = 108

-> one row returned

id name displayName status email type ttl ttl_unit refresh refresh_unit retry retry_unit expire expire_unit minimum minimum_unit serial_format serial syncSoa syncRecords
Bearbeiten Direkt bearbeiten Kopieren Löschen 108 presseberatung.de presseberatung.de 1 [email protected] master 86400 86400 10800 3600 3600 3600 604800 86400 10800 3600 UNIXTIMESTAMP 1334179436 true true

I checked the table "domains" too. There I can find for "dns_zone_id" 108 the domain "presseberatung.de" - so that looks for me to be corrected.
Isn't it?

In addtion may be usefull in the future: Is there a way to fix it using one of the Plesk tools?

Today the error changed:

<description>Broken referencial integrity: DNS zone id 89 is not found in dns_zone</description>

Is there any way to rebuild the database integrity?

May be a hint:

I fI use the Control Panel to create an ondemand backup - it will end with success. The only difference: No blocking of the domains during backup.
The automatic backup has set this option to yes.

New results

I changed the settings of the automatic backup to not block the domains during backup.

After this, the autmatic backup works for few days.

- But how to fix the DNS Integratiy?

The new error is now: ( The solution discriped here in the forum didn't solve my issue)

Try to increase wait_timeout value in /etc/my.cnf and restart MySQL.

I get the same error: backup notification email says "Task status is: error", and it only saves about 300MB of a 3.9GB backup. The server has a virus, but I cant re-image as I cant backup. Any ideas?

plesk 9.5.4, centos 5.?

Which XML file are people pasting in here?

I found some files in /usr/local/psa/PMM/sessions/2012... but the files in there have no errors.

However the many files in /var/lib/psa/dumps only contain a fraction of the data. Previous dumps were all 3.9GB. in the plesk control panel, it says the backup size is 3.9GB, but there are only about 300MB of files with the corresponding prefix.

I guess yes. its a new system:

filesystem Size Used Avail Use% mount
/dev/md0 915G 4,6G 864G 1% /
tmpfs 7,8G 0 7,8G 0% /dev/shm

Same problem resolved

Unable to get Global settings for APS Applications (ErrorCode: 3, STDOUT:).

Resolved by going: Tools > Application Vault > Clear Cache
