• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Backup Fails

Plesk is set up by admin to backup daily to an FTP repository. It connects to the FTP ok but it doesn't upload anything with the scheduled backup. I check on the FTP server and see a file of 0KB.

Whats more annoying though is I'm bombarded with emails (about 30 a day) for the one backup task:

Backup task finished.

Task was created by with guid (07C78102-2B0F-41FD-9DBE-D94F810A68C1)

How can I stop these emails? Any ideas on how to get the backup working?

It keeps emailing me every 30 minutes!

I've turned off the daily backup too!
 
Some additional info:

In the "Current backup tasks", there are two entries that wont go:
One says failed, and when I click remove it says "Error: Object not found: Backup #2147483647 details"
The other shows a progress that looks to be 100% but again it doesnt move.

I guess these are causing the endless emails, please someone help!!!!!
