backup files not visible

Hello All


I have been running backups on a centos5 server with the latest 9.5.2 Plesk Panel software. The backups are daily for the server and each domain with 2 backups being stored at any one time., however when I go into backup manager, there are no files listed in the server repository.

Is this a setting issue, a plesk glitch or something else I need to check into.

Did you tried to backup domain manually? Maybe you will find some errors there and it will help to find a reason of problem.

Yes, try to perform backup for domain via CLI.
