Backup from linux - Restore on windows

I have linux plesk 9.2 that I did a full backup of clients files + configs from and i'm trying to restore it on windows plesk 9.2

Whenever i upload the .tgz or .zip file it says file successfully uploaded to server repo. when i refresh, i don't find anything.
