Backup FTP problems "Curl error: a timeout was reached"

I am trying to move a server. I got the backup off the old onto a common ftp server.

The new 10.4.4 plesk when I try to upload from the ftp to local repository times out after 10 minutes and gives a pycurl error.

There is articles in KB for windows but not linux.

Suggested fix?

Thanks, but this is to do with the backup manager. When you try to restore, it automatically moves from the personal FTP to the server repository.

Something in the panel is timing out.
