Resolved backup issue

Hi, everyone
I have plesk12.5.30 on my debian server. while i tried to backup anything i have the following error:
Error:
Dump failed
Warning:
The following domains were not found on the host: mydomain.com
Error: server "server"
No objects to dump found

please somebody help.

This looks like a known problem. Have you checked KB -

• Check iCloud Backup is available on the Apple System Support page
