Hi,

can be restored a backup file make with Plesk 8.1.1 for Linux in a Plesk 8.1.1 for Windows?

No, that's not possible, but you can use the Plesk Migration Manager to migrate domains and accounts from different versions of Plesk for Linux to Plesk for Windows.
