  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Backup Manager: Dailly warning message 'undef' value passed to XmlNode::setAttribute for 'name'

xplod

New Pleskian
Message:
Hosting on domain (xyz) is skipped from backup due to error: 'undef' value passed to XmlNode::setAttribute for 'name' at /opt/psa/PMM/agents/shared/XmlNode.pm line 110.

This happens since automatic update from Plesk 11 to 12 (12.0.18).
One of my own (admin) abonements throws given warning message any time the Serverwide backup task is executed.

Usually this issue occurs when following reasons may cause the problem:

- perl-DBD-MySQL package corrupt.
- Database inconsistency on server -- ttl_unit column in dns_zone table must be either NULL or empty.
- Records with empty field uuid presents in smb_users table.
- Some applications do not have proper Uid and registryUid is NULL

I would suggest you contact Odin Support Team for fixing database inconsistency directly on your server.

There's no package called perl-DBD available (via apt-cache search). "Apache mod_perl module" wasn't installed (because I do not need it).
Table dns_zone is empty, all Items in smb_users have uuids set.

I am a strato customer, so I do not have a licence with support tickets included. How can I get support?

Best regards,
Dirk
